Here is my entry for the January contest at the

- They're combining the Year of the Dragon with the subject of books. This odd concept popped into my head and had to be drawn! It's been quite a while since I did something more resembling a Chinese dragon, so... well, it's kind of a hybrid with my normal style. I kinda want to pet his soft fur and kiss that cute nose...

The lineart is open for anyone to color. Make sure to hit the "Download" button, as that will get you the higher resolution version. Here's the rules:

Nice work! I think the fourth one is my favorite. I just love how this guy looks with a white mane (my own colored version of him has one too). Pink, purple, and white are not a common combination for dragons, but they look really good together!

Really nice coloring job! The only thing is, I don't allow usage for commercial purposes - in other words, you can't sell work based on my lineart as a print. Could you please remove that option?

I had no intention of selling it, sorry. Well, I tried to change for "not salable", but I could not. Can you help me to remove this?

If you hover over "Submit" at the top of the page, one option is "Manage Prints". Click that, then click on "Your Products". Put a checkmark next to the print, and then click "Deactivate Selected Prints". That will remove it from being for sale.

deviantArt makes it a little confusing trying to turn off the print for sale option! And no worries, I'm not upset.
